No minimum. Order a single piece or a hundred. You pay per sheet of material used, so small jobs stay small.
You pay per sheet of MDF or plywood used, with cutting, nesting and labeling included for up to 12 parts per sheet. Our nesting packs your parts tightly so you pay for as few sheets as the layout allows, and the price updates live as you type. Each additional part on a sheet is $1.

Secure card payment on the site, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Standard cuts are a firm price at checkout. Custom shapes are quoted by email after we review your file, and you pay the same way once you approve it.
Cutting, materials & sizes
MDF and plywood in standard thicknesses. Pick the material and thickness in the calculator and the price updates for that combination.
We cut from standard 96 x 48 in sheets, with a usable cutting area of 93 x 45 in after edge margins. Anything within that fits on a sheet.
Minimum part size is 5 x 5 in (the shorter side at least 5 in) so parts stay stable on the CNC bed. Parts under 10 in on a side are cut leaving a small holding tab, so we leave a little extra room around those.
Plus or minus 0.2 mm across all dimensions, on a 3-axis industrial router with a 3/8 in two-flute compression bit for clean, splinter-free, dead-square edges.
Yes. By default we keep plywood parts aligned with the grain. You can uncheck grain-lock per part in the calculator to allow rotation and save material.
Not yet. We hand over raw CNC-cut panels so you can sand, prime or finish them your way. Ask us for a referral to a local finisher if you need one.
Files & custom shapes
DXF, SVG, AI, EPS or PDF, plus JPG, PNG, HEIC or WebP photos of measured sketches. Scale vector files 1:1 where possible, and put engraving or drilled holes on separate layers if your format supports it.
Yes. For custom shapes you can upload a file, or just snap a phone photo of your hand-drawn sketch with measurements and we will work from that.
Yes, on custom orders. Add the details (depths, hole sizes, tolerances) in the order notes and we will quote it.
Pickup & turnaround
It depends on order size. Up to 8 sheets: two working days. 9 to 20 sheets: three. 21 sheets or more: at least five, and we confirm your timeline by email and SMS once you place the order. We count working days because the shop is closed at weekends, so an order placed on Friday is ready on Tuesday rather than Sunday. The calculator shows you the exact pickup date before you pay, and we message you the moment everything is cut.
Pickup only, no shipping. You collect your finished parts locally in Ormond Beach, FL. Orders are placed online and we are not a walk-in store, and we send the exact address and back-door pickup details when your order is ready.
Labeled and sorted, handed over loose at our back-door pickup so you can load and arrange them your way.
