Who you are buying from

PlyPerfectCut is a trading name of My Corner Bench Inc., a Florida corporation located at 132 Business Center Drive, Suite 3, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Contact us at hello@plyperfectcut.com or +1 (386) 308-3111.

Your order

Every product we manufacture is custom-made for the customer. “Standard Cuts” means rectangular custom parts ordered through our instant-price calculator; it does not mean an off-the-shelf or resalable product. “Custom Shapes” means custom contours, drawings or other work that requires file review and a separate quote.

Approval of Standard Cut orders

The final price, material, nominal thickness and custom cut list are shown in checkout before payment. By clicking Pay, you confirm that the displayed dimensions, quantities, material, nominal thickness, grain settings, layout selection and other submitted specifications are complete and correct, and you authorise us to begin cutting immediately after payment. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds. The confirmation email records the paid order and approved cut list; it is not a second measurement-approval step.

Everything is made to your measurements

We manufacture from the dimensions, quantities, material, thickness, grain choices and other instructions you submit. You are responsible for checking that information before paying. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we do not verify dimensions against a drawing, room, cabinet, appliance, existing part or intended use, and we do not provide engineering, structural or installation advice. A part made to the instructions you approved is not defective merely because it does not fit or work for your project.

Tolerance and materials

Programmed cut dimensions are produced on a CNC router to a machining tolerance of ±0.2 mm under normal shop conditions. This tolerance does not mean that sheet thickness is calibrated to ±0.2 mm. MDF and plywood can vary in actual thickness, colour, grain, veneer, flatness, moisture, surface appearance and internal composition within the manufacturer's tolerances and from sheet to sheet or batch to batch. Normal material variation, minor tool or holding-tab marks, and movement caused by humidity or storage are not manufacturing defects.

What is included

The order includes the cut parts, labels and any usable offcut specifically shown as included in your order layout. Other waste, trim, dust and scrap remain ours. Sanding, edge finishing, edge banding, assembly, installation, hardware and checking fitness for a particular purpose are not included unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

Files and instructions you provide

You confirm that you have the right to use every drawing, design, logo, image and other file you send us, and that manufacturing the requested parts will not infringe another person's rights or violate any law. You remain responsible for the content and accuracy of those files and instructions.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If we have not started cutting, we will cancel and refund in full. Once cutting has started the material is committed to your sizes and cannot be resold, so a cancellation at that point is not possible. See Returns.

Turnaround

Turnaround depends on order size: up to 8 sheets is normally two working days, 9 to 20 sheets three, and larger orders at least five, which we confirm with you. Working days means Monday to Friday, so the date we show does not fall on a weekend. If we need to restock material first, the estimate also accounts for the supplier schedule known when the order is placed. Ready-by dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Supplier delays, material defects or shortages, equipment failure, power or network outages, severe weather and events outside our reasonable control may extend them. We will contact you if a material delay becomes known.

Custom shapes

Submitting a Custom Shape request does not place a paid order or authorise production. We first review the file or measured sketch and then send a firm quote or contact you with questions. By approving and paying that quote, you confirm that the final files, dimensions, quantities, material, nominal thickness, price and written specifications have been reviewed and are correct, and you authorise us to begin production. If changes are needed to cut cleanly, we will explain them before asking for approval.

Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected part or order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including project delay, removal or installation costs, third-party labour, replacement materials not supplied by us, loss of use or lost profit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any non-waivable consumer right.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. To the extent permitted by law, any court proceeding relating to an order must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Volusia County, Florida. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Privacy

What we collect

To quote, take and fulfil an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, cut list, uploaded design files, project notes and order details. Our hosting and payment providers also process ordinary technical and transaction information such as IP address, browser information, payment status and service logs.

Your card details

We do not receive or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data directly. We receive payment status and transaction details needed to connect the payment to your order, issue a receipt, reconcile the order and process any approved refund.

Who else processes your data

We use service providers to operate the business: Stripe for payments, Supabase to store orders, Resend to send emails and carry email attachments, Quo to send order text messages, and Vercel to host the site. The public site also loads technical resources from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to us and under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to. The emails and texts you receive are about your own order.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Design files and project communications may remain in our business email and service-provider systems while reasonably useful for manufacturing, resolving a question or claim, or handling a requested repeat order. Backup and provider copies may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

Your choices

Write to hello@plyperfectcut.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Pickup

Local pickup only, no shipping

We do not ship. Every order is collected in person at our shop in Ormond Beach, Florida. This keeps prices down and avoids parts being damaged in transit.

We are not a walk-in store

The shop is a working CNC workshop, not a retail counter. Orders are placed online and collected by arrangement. Please do not turn up without an order.

When your parts are ready

We notify you by email and, if you provided a valid mobile number, by text when your order is marked ready. The ready notice includes the pickup address and instructions. Collection is at the back door.

What to bring

Bring your order number. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, just reply to your confirmation email and tell us their name.

Bring something to carry them in

Parts are handed over loose, not packaged or palletised. A full sheet cut into panels can be heavy and awkward: please come with a vehicle that fits your parts and, for larger orders, someone to help you load.

Inspecting and loading your order

Please check the material, visible condition, quantities and obvious dimensions before leaving when practical. We will help identify the order, but you are responsible for choosing a suitable vehicle and for safely loading, securing, transporting, unloading, storing and using the parts after handover. Damage occurring after handover is not a manufacturing defect. This does not prevent you from reporting a problem that could not reasonably be seen at pickup.

How long we hold your order

We will hold finished parts for 30 days from the day we first notify you that they are ready. Contact us before that period expires if you need more time. After 30 days, and after a reasonable attempt to contact you, we may dispose of or recycle uncollected custom-made parts if storage is no longer practical. Disposal of an uncollected completed order does not create a right to a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

Returns

Custom-cut parts cannot be returned

Every part is cut to the specifications you supply and cannot ordinarily be resold. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, duplicate orders, a changed project, incorrect customer measurements or instructions, incompatibility with other items, or dissatisfaction with a normal material characteristic disclosed in these policies.

If we got it wrong, we fix it

If we cut an affected part outside the stated machining tolerance, use the wrong material or nominal thickness, supply the wrong quantity, or hand it over with damage caused by us, contact us promptly and normally within 7 days of collection. After verifying the problem, we will, at our option, re-cut the affected part at no charge or refund the amount paid for that affected part. We may ask you to retain or return the affected part. This remedy does not limit any remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

What helps us sort it out fast

Send your order number, a clear description, photographs and, for a dimensional claim, photographs showing the measuring method and reading. Keep the affected part until we resolve the claim. We may inspect it before approving a re-cut or refund. Altering, installing, finishing or discarding a part before giving us a reasonable opportunity to inspect it may prevent us from verifying the claim.

Cancelling before we cut

If you cancel before we have started cutting, you get a full refund. Once the material has been cut to your sizes we cannot refund it. Contact us as early as you can and we will tell you honestly where your order stands.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we submit a refund, banks and card networks commonly take 5 to 10 business days to post it. We do not control that processing time.

Talk to us first

If something is not right, email hello@plyperfectcut.com or call +1 (386) 308-3111 before opening a dispute with your bank. We are a small local shop and we would much rather fix the problem directly.
